The Energy of you is a picture book about a couple that are trying to find solace during the tragic loss of their infant Daughter. They both feel their Daughters energy and presence around them as they go on with their daily lives.
Síofra (Saorlaith's Mother) and her partner Ryan lost Baby Saorlaith on the 16th August 2020.
In memory of Saorlaith, Síofra wrote this book and they both walked 10,000 steps every day in October to raise money for Sands, the stillbirth & neonatal death charity. They raised over €12'000
